Students are charged for all registered lessons, including any missed lessons due to student absence (without giving 72 hours prior notice)

Please notify your instructor as soon as you know of an upcoming conflict. It may be possible to trade lesson times with another student.

If the instructor cancels a lesson, a makeup lesson will be given.
-
If a student cancels a lesson in advance of 72 hours for any coming conflicts or in the case of sickness, family emergency, inclement weather (in 24 hours), a lesson will be offered as a make-up or a credit.

Additional make-up lessons may be arranged at the discretion of the instructor.
